“ Good food with quality ingredients and vegan options!. I really appreciate that their menu is crystal clear about what's vegan and/or gluten-free. There's no guesswork at all and the their app even lets you identify any food allergies you might have. I ordered a Mahana bowl with garlic tofu, roasted mushrooms and Buffalo cauliflower. The coconut sweet potato sauce. The bowl was light, but had a good balance between healthy and flavorful. The price was reasonable as well. Idaho does not have a lot of vegan food options for a traveler like me, but I was happy to try a bowl at Mahana Fresh! ”
